Do you do EMDR virtually?

Hi Reader,

If you provide EMDR virtually, I wanted to share a tool upgrade that I've genuinely found helpful.

I've used BilateralStimulation.io for a while, and honestly, I assumed the Professional Plan wasn't for me. I'm usually the person who sticks with the free version of software because I don't need a lot of extra bells and whistles.

But after trying it, I realized the Professional Plan doesn't make things more complicated, it actually makes my sessions smoother and helps clients really get more out of our sessions!

Here are some of my favorite features:

🧠 Reuse the same personal session link across all of your clients. When you log in, you have your own permanent link, making it much easier to launch virtual sessions.

👤 Save each client's preferences. Their preferred speed, sounds, and BLS settings are stored in their profile, so you don't have to remember or reset everything each session.

🖼️ Upload your own background images. I love this feature for Calm/Safe Place work during Phase 2 or when using images intentionally during Phase 4. You can also use the built-in image library.

↔️ More bilateral stimulation options. The Professional Plan includes additional movement patterns (like diagonal BLS), more sounds, child-friendly animations, and randomization features if you enjoy incorporating more working memory taxation (such as in EMDR 2.0).

🎨 More flexibility for different clients. Whether you're working with children or adults, it's nice to have more visual options than the standard moving ball.

I've partnered with BilateralStimulation.io to share a discount with my community. If you decide to upgrade using my link, you'll receive 50% off the Professional Plan for your first 3 months ($7.50/month, then $15/month).

I only share products that I genuinely use and recommend in my own practice.

EMDR and Birth Trauma Live Workshop

Hi Reader, As Birth Trauma Awareness Week comes to a close, I keep thinking about the clients whose birth experiences continue to impact them long after the baby is born. Maybe you've had a client mention an emergency C-section, a frightening delivery, a NICU stay, or feeling dismissed during labor, and you've wondered, Am I equipped to help with this? That's exactly...
