If you’re already Certified in EMDR and you want to become an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, the CIT Collective gives you every hour you need of consultation-ofc-consultation and the mentorship, structure, and business strategy to actually use your consultant status well.

• 20+ consultation hours toward Approved Consultant
• Small, high-touch cohort of motivated CITs
• 5 skill-building groups (2 hours each)
• 5 consultation groups with added business & marketing focus (1 hour each)
• 5 individual consultation sessions for direct support
• Slack access for accountability, questions, and collaboration
• Guidance on how to attract consultees, set policies, price your services, and stay aligned with EMDRIA standards

This is a 10-month journey focused on:
