For the thoughtful last-minute deciders

Hi Reader,

This is a gentle nudge for anyone who tends to decide once things feel real, calendar's open, start date in sight...holidays over, sunday scaries hitting.

The EMDR Certification Cohort begins this Thursday from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST, and there are 2 spots still available.

If you’re someone who’s been circling this and waiting for the timing to click (same! I’m very much a last-minute decider myself), this might be your moment.

A few quick reminders:

  • This cohort provides 10 group consultation hours toward EMDR certification
  • 2 Individual consultation hours you schedule at your convenience during the 5 months
  • Your recommendation letter from an Approved Consultant (me) to put towards your EMDRIA application
  • You’ll be part of a small, consistent group of EMDR-trained therapists moving through the process together
  • Pay-in-full and payment plan options are both available

Here's the group schedule dates to look over. Groups are on Thursday, these are EST times. Some groups are combined with 8 people and 2 hours long, others are 1 hour groups with only 4 people.

  • Thursday, January 8 — 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday, February 5 — 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Thursday, February 19 — 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Thursday, March 5 — 11:00 AM–1:00 PM
  • Thursday, April 9 — 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Thursday, April 23 — 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Thursday, May 7 — 11:00 AM–1:00 PM

As a final thank-you for joining us at the start, you can use code 100 at checkout for $100 off enrollment.

If this feels aligned and you’ve been waiting for the start date to be close enough to commit, I’d love to have you join us.

Warmly,

Carly

EMDR and Birth Trauma Live Workshop

Hi Reader, As Birth Trauma Awareness Week comes to a close, I keep thinking about the clients whose birth experiences continue to impact them long after the baby is born. Many of us weren't taught how to recognize birth trauma or how to confidently use EMDR when it shows up in the therapy room. Maybe you've had a client mention an emergency C-section, a frightening delivery, a NICU stay, or feeling dismissed during labor, and you've wondered, Am I equipped to help with this? That's exactly...

virtual emdr tool

Hi Reader, If you provide EMDR virtually, I wanted to share a tool upgrade that I've genuinely found helpful. I've used BilateralStimulation.io for a while, and honestly, I assumed the Professional Plan wasn't for me. I'm usually the person who sticks with the free version of software because I don't need a lot of extra bells and whistles. But after trying it, I realized the Professional Plan doesn't make things more complicated, it actually makes my sessions smoother and helps clients really...
